Orders weighing under 3 lbs. are generally sent by Priority Mail with delivery in 2-4 days Mon.-Sat. Holiday season and weather conditions may delay delivery times. Orders over 2 lbs or containing aerosol products are typically sent by UPS ground with delivery within 7 business days depending on the UPS Delivery Zone. Express Delivery is by UPS Next Day Air and arrives in 1-2 business days Monday through Friday. Express Mail on Fridays are generally shipped by USPS with delivery Saturday or Sunday, depending on the address. Requests for UPS Saturday Delivery will incur the additional UPS $12.50 service fee. Please make a notation in the "Instruction Box" on the check out page if you prefer UPS 2nd Day Air instead of Express and any requests for Saturday delivery.

Vaccines	Sent on ice by UPS Next Day Air ($22 extra) or 2nd Day Air ($12 extra). These additional fees are added to rates listed above.
Express Delivery (UPS Next Day Air)	$22 + ($8.00 or Free, based on Invoice amount of Order) Packages over 3 lbs will be charged actual shipping costs.
UPS 2nd Day Air	$12 + ($8.00 or Free, based on Invoice amount of Order) Packages over 3 lbs will be charged actual shipping costs.
UPS 3 Day Select	$8 + ($8.00 or Free, based on Invoice amount of Order). Packages over 3 lbs will be charged actual shipping costs.
Hawaii, Alaska	Orders weighing over 3 lbs will be charged the actual shipping cost of Priority or First Class Mail. Alaska and Hawaii: UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air is available, however, UPS does not guarantee arrive on the designated day. UPS 3 Day Select shipping method are not available.
International Shipments	Actual Shipping Cost + $12 Minimum Shipping Charge Only to U.S. Territories and military APO addresses, and non-prescription items to Canada. Canada packages may be subject to a Customs or Import Duty.
Most orders weighing over 3 lbs. and all cases of fluids are shipped by UPS ground. Please provide a physical address with your order information if shipping by UPS. Packages over 10 lbs in weight (other than cases of fluids) will be charged the actual shipping charge cost. Orders of more than one case of fluids will be charged actual shipping cost on each additional case beyond the initial one. Vaccines/Refrigerated items do not qualify for free shipping. Vaccines/Refrigerated items are temperature sensitive and must ship Next Day or Second Day Air. Vaccines/Refrigerated items are shipped only when the scheduled date of arrival falls on a weekday. Vaccines/Refrigerated items cannot be shipped outside the US because they are temperature sensitive. Orders are not shipped Saturday or Sunday Please allow 1-2 additional days for prescription approval on orders that include prescription items. Cases of Fluids: Shipping will be by UPS Ground. Express shipment by UPS Next Day, Second Day or Third Day is expensive and must have shipping charges approved by customer. If there is a delay in getting an approval for the additional shipping charges when express delivery is requested, cases of fluids will ship by UPS Ground. All orders exceeding $300 will be subject to Signature on Delivery.
