Management of Chronic Inflammatory Conditions
Duralactin Feline is an immuno-nutritional aid for the
management of chronic inflammatory and musculoskeletal conditions, skin
allergies, stomatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, ocular herpes and bladder
infections in cats.
Duralactin Feline contains a patented dried milk protein
concentrate derived from hyper-immunized cows and is believed to help manage
long term inflammatory conditions, and can help diminish the need for steroids
or NSAIDs. Duralactin Feline can be administered directly, with or without food.
The main ingredients are MicroLactin, a dried milk protein and omega fatty
acids.
Arthritis in cats is an inflammatory condition and can
be an extremely painful condition. There is no cure for cat arthritis, so a plan
for long-term pain management is needed. Duralactin Feline can be used alone, or
as a supplement to other treatment options. Duralactin is all-natural and does
not interfere with the use of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs),
corticosteroids, or other medications or supplements.
Duralactin's MicroLactin contains factors that appear to
block and inhibit body chemicals from participating in the inflammatory response
of cat arthritis. Daily use may significantly diminish the pain felt by an
arthritic or chronically ill cat.
Directions:
For cats 12 lbs or less ... give 1 capsule twice a day
Cats over 12 lbs ... give 2 capsules in the morning and
1 capsule in the evening
Signs of improvement will usually occur about 1 to 2
weeks after beginning the Duralactin Feline treatment. You may notice a
significant improvement in the ability to go up and down stairs, climb in and
out of the litter box, or simply moving about. Some cats will return to jumping,
running and playing as normal in a relatively short period of time.
Caution: Some cats may be
sensitive to milk proteins and/or carbohydrates. If vomiting or diarrhea
occurs, discontinue the use of Duralactin and contact your veterinarian.
Active Ingredients: MicroLactin
[dried milk protein] 200mg, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose and
silicon dioxide.
Available Size: 60 non-flavored
capsules. Also available as Duralactin Liquid.
Storage: Room temperature.
