Description:
Epogen is used to treat dogs and cats for non-regenerative anemia associated with chronic renal failure. There are no contraindications, precautions or drug interactions reported in animals. Dosage: Dog and Cats - Dosage range is from 35-50 U/Kg, 3 times/week to 400 U/Kg once/week SQ. Adjust dose to PCV of 30-34%. Available as 2000 U/ml injection.
