Glyco-Flex® II EQ for
horses is a nutritional supplement to support proper joint and connective tissue
health. It is a U.S. patent pending formula that includes Perna canaliculus,
Glucosamine, and Methylsulfonylmethane to provide optimal connective tissue
support. Perna mussels are rich in all the major classes of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs),
including Chondroitin - 4 - and - 6 - Sulfates as well as amino acids,
polypeptides, and nucleic acids (RNA and DNA). Its benefit as a nutritional
supplement is due to the unique biological activity of all 57 identified
nutrients in the Perna Mussel. Methylsulfonylmethane aids the body's ability to
synthesize collagen for connective tissue health and maintain cell membrane
flexability. Glucosamine gives shape, elasticity and rigidity to such tissues as
cartilage, tendons and ligaments.
One Level Scoop contains 3 gm Perna
canaliculus Mussel, 2 gm Glucosamine HCl, 1 gm Methylsulfonylmethane, 50 mg
Manganese Amino Acid Chelate.
Ingredients: Alfalfa Meal, Perna
canaliculus Mussel, Glucosamine HCl, Methylsulfonylmethane, Sorbitol, Manganese
Amino Acid Chelate, Cane Molasses.
Suggested Use: Add three (3)
scoops, twice daily to feed, for 4-6 weeks. Then drop back to 1 scoop twice
daily in divided feedings.
For horses over 1200 lbs, add 1
additional scoop daily.
