GLYCO-FLEX® Stage I of our comprehensive stage of life program for joint support. It’s recommended by veterinarians to support proper joint function and connective tissue health for dogs with mild joint dysfunction.

Perna canaliculus (New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussel) is a good source of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), protein, minerals, and chondroitin sulfates.

Along with Glucosamine and Perna canaliculus, GLYCO-FLEX® I contains N,NDimethylglycine (DMG). Vetri-Science holds 3 U.S. patents on DMG in the area of immune response and joint support, which demonstrates the multiple benefits that this ingredient can provide for the health and well-being of the dog.

The Perna canaliculus used in GLYCO-FLEX® I is produced by freeze - drying the entire mussel (excluding the shell).

Available in a smoke flavored chewable tablet or an artificial beef flavored soft chew.

Perna canaliculus (Green-Lipped) Mussel. . 600 mg

Tablet Inactive Ingredients:
brewers yeast, cellulose, silicon dioxide, smoke flavor, stearic acid.

Soft Chew Inactive Ingredients:
artificial beef flavor, brewers yeast, caramel color, corn oil, dextrose, mixed tocopherols, propionic acid, soy lecithin, whey.

Directions for Tablet Use: If giving more than one tablet, divide between AM and PM.
Initial: (4-6 Weeks)
Up to 30 lbs: 1/2 tablet per 15 lbs of body weight
31-60 lbs: 1 tablet daily
61-100 lbs: 2 tablets daily
101 lbs and over: 21/2 tablets daily

After initial period, the number of tablets per day may be reduced to a maintenance level.

Maintenance:
Up to 30 lbs: 1/2 tablet per 30 lbs of body weight
31-60 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily
61-100 lbs: 1 tablet daily
101 lbs and over: 11/2 tablets daily

Directions for Soft Chew Use: If giving more than one tablet, divide between AM and PM.
Initial: (4-6 Weeks)
Up to 30 lbs: 1 chew daily
31-60 lbs: 2 chews daily
61-100 lbs: 4 chews daily
101 lbs and over: 5 chews daily

After initial period, the number of tablets per day may be reduced to a maintenance level.

Maintenance:
Up to 30 lbs: 1 chew every other day
31-60 lbs: 1 chew daily
61-100 lbs: 2 chews daily
101 lbs and over: 3 chews
