Concentrated Rinse Formulated for Dogs, Cats and Horses

CAUTION: Must be diluted before use.

Active Ingredients: Miconazole base 5.2% w/w, Chlorhexidine Gluconate 5.9% w/w. After dilution, equivalent to 0.2% Miconazole Nitrate and 0.2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

Product Description: Malaseb^® Rinse provides antibacterial and antifungal agents for optimal therapeutic effectiveness.

Indications: For dermatological conditions associated with infections responsive to Miconazole Nitrate and Chlorhexidine Gluconate.

Directions for use: Use in a well ventilated area and wash hands if contact with undiluted concentrate occurs. Dilute this concentrate at a rate of 1 fluid ounce of Malaseb^® Rinse to 32 ounces of water. Use within 8 hours of dilution and discard any remaining solution after this time. Apply diluted solution liberally to pet's hair coat, paying particular attention to infected areas. For application, use sponge or other type of applicator. Do not rinse. Allow solution to remain on the animal. Do not allow animal to lick the treated areas until dry to prevent ingestion. Apply twice weekly until symptoms subside, then weekly, or as directed by your veterinarian.

Storage Condition(s): Store concentrate upright at room temperature. After dilution, solution must be used within 8 hours.

Precautions(s): For topical use on dogs, cats and horses. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If eye contact or skin irritation develops, rinse thoroughly with water, discontinue treatment and immediately consult your veterinarian.

Caution(s): Federal Law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
