Directions:
Hold trimmer with screws facing away from you. Cut nail taking only the tip. Avoid cutting the veins, which are easy to see in translucent nails, but difficult in dark nails. If nail has grown extremely long, cut off a little, then wait a week before trimming again. If you cust into the vein, us enclosed styptic powder.
Styptic Powder Directions:
Apply a pinch of styptic powder to the bleeding area, using moderate pressure until bleeding stops. Do not use in deep wounds, body cavities or burns. If bleeding does not stop, consult a veterinarian.
