Inactive Ingredient: calcium carbonate, diatomaceous
earth.
Directions for Use:
Performance: 1 scoop twice daily for
3 - 4 days prior to heavy activity. Then go back to maintenance level.
Stress: 1 scoop twice daily for 14
days. Then go back to maintenance level.
Maintenance: 1 scoop per day.
