convenient. Every product is veterinarian approved to ensure you receive
the best quality products available. There is no minimum order
requirement. With few exceptions, we stock every item found on our website
so that we can process your order the same day it is received.
Medi-Vet Animal Health wants you to be completely satisfied
with any product you purchase from us. We offer trained, skilled, and
knowledgeable staff to assist you in the ordering needs for your pets. All
orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If
you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please call us at (800)

requests are accepted when received within 30 days of the Invoice

manner. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by calling our
toll free number at (800) 668-9698 immediately. We cannot guarantee
email cancellation will be read in
time to stop an order from shipping. Orders ship at 4 p.m.
central time each weekday. Orders cancelled after they have already been
processed and packaged ready for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation
Fee. By noon each day, the volume of packages on the loading dock may
prohibit the retrieval of a cancelled order before it ships. Once the order has
shipped it becomes the customers responsibility to obtain an RMA number..
Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, credit will be issued for the
