PRN Pharmacal Duralactin Canine Soft Chews is an immuno-nutritional aid for the management of chronic inflammatory and musculoskeletal conditions, skin allergies, stomatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and bladder infections in dogs and puppies.

Duralactin Canine contains a patented dried milk protein concentrate derived from hyper-immunized cows that contains factors that appear to block cytokines and help manage neutrophil participation to support a healthy and normal inflammatory response. Duralactin helps manage long term inflammatory conditions, and can help diminish the need for steroids or NSAIDs.

Arthritis in dogs is an inflammatory condition and can be an extremely painful condition. There is no cure for dog arthritis, so a plan for long-term pain management is needed. Duralactin Canine can be used alone, or as a supplement to other treatment options. Duralactin products are all-natural and does not interfere with the use of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), corticosteroids, glucosamine, or other medications or supplements.

Duralactin's MicroLactin contains factors that appear to block and inhibit body chemicals from participating in the inflammatory response of canine arthritis. Daily use may significantly diminish the pain felt by an arthritic or chronically ill dog.

Use Duralactin products for patients with:

Directions For Use: Give directly or feed with food. For use in dogs only.
  • 0-60 lbs: Give 1 soft chew per day
  • 61-120 lbs: Give 2 soft chews per day
  • 121 lbs and over: Give 3 soft chews per day
Active Ingredients per soft chew:
  • MicroLactin (dried milk protein) 1,500 mg
Inactive Ingredients:
Cane Molasses, Dried Chicken Liver, Glycerein, Lecithin, Methylparaben, Mixed Tocopherols, Potassium Sorbate, Propylparaben, Soybean Oil and Wheat Flour

Signs of improvement will usually occur about 1 to 2 weeks after beginning the Duralactin treatment. You will notice a significant improvement in the ability to go up and down stairs, or moving about. Some dogs will return to jumping, running and playing as normal in a relatively short period of time.

Some pets may be sensitive to milk proteins and/or carbohydrates. If vomiting or diarrhea occurs, discontinue the use of Duralactin and contact your veterinarian. For use in dogs only.
