Two syringes left! April 12, 2024 Reviewer: vicki eschelman from Raleigh, NC United States   I ordered two boxes of syringes from medi-vet. They did not arrived (later learning that the error was from my apartment complex). I realized the syringes had not arrived so I took a chance on a Saturday night to find out where they were. Someone answered the phone!  He “had paperwork to finish up”. I told him I didn’t want to bother him, but he insisted on helping me. He tracked the syringes and found their delivery date/time.  He was wonderful and if I get treated that way on a Saturday night by an employee , I think customer service is at the top of their priorities. I checked with my apartment complex the following morning and there was a mix up from their end. Thank you medi-vet for the incredible service! Was this review helpful to you?
