Covetrus Synovial Support Mini Soft Chews is a comprehensive joint health and synovial support supplement combining Glucosamine, MSM, Creatine, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Antioxidants, Vitamins and Minerals in a highly palatable beef flavored chew.

Recommended to support healthy joint function and flexibility, and help strengthen joint cartilage. May help alleviate the discomfort associated with normal daily exercise and activity. Formulated with a synergistic blend of antioxidants and Omega-3 Fatty Acids [EPA and DHA] in a palatable soft chew. Formerly Henry Schein S3 Mini Soft Chews.

Directions for Use:

Can be given during or after meal time.

Initial Administration [4 to 6 week period]. Initial period is double the maintenance dosage.

5 to 10 lbs 1 chew daily
11 to 20 lbs 2 chew daily
21 to 30 lbs 3 chews daily
31 to 40 lbs 4 chews daily

Maintenance Administration:

5 to 10 lbs 1/2 chew daily
11 to 20 lbs 1 chew daily
21 to 30 lbs 1 1/2 chews daily
31 to 40 lbs 2 chews daily

Cautions:

Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Consult with your veterinarian before using this product in animals: with clotting disorders; being treated with anticoagulant medications; with diabetes or any metabolic disorder causing hyperglycemia; with a history of urinary tract stones; with known allergies to shellfish. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

I have been using this product for about 6 years now....since I replaced both ACL's on my small dog.  She thinks the chews are treats and she does not exhibit any signs of arthritis or inflammation . She runs around as she did when she was much younger.
