3 of 5 Everything great except "free" shipping too slow April 12, 2024
Reviewer: Ani Thakar from Baltimore, MD United States
No complaints about the ordering process and the goods received, but the free shipping takes forever (better part of 2 weeks) to deliver your order.  Sure, it's free, but still, you already made me order a lot of stuff to get the free shipping, you should at least try to deliver it within a few days.  I ran out of my existing stock while I was waiting for the order to arrive, and had to run out to a local store to pick up some to tide me over.  I even called FedEx to ask what was taking so long because according to the tracking the order had reached a nearby FedEx center after 4 days, but was told that it would take several more days to get to me because it was the cheapest  ("free") shipping option.
