Gentamicin Sulfate Ophthalmic Ointment

Eye Antibiotic

Gentamicin Ophthalmic Ointment are indicated for the topical treatment of bacterial infections of the eyes in dogs, cats and horses. Gentamicin is a broad spectrum aminoglycoside that is bactericidal by interrupting protein synthesis in bacteria.

  • Conjunctivitis
  • Ketatitis
  • Keratoconjunctivitis
  • Corneal Ulcers
  • Blepharitis
  • Blepharoconjunctivitis
Directions:
Apply 1/2 inch ribbon of ointment into the affected conjunctival sac(s) every 4 hours.

Active Ingredient: Gentamicin sulfate 0.3%

Side Effects:
Includes eye burning, stinging, irritation, itching, redness, blurred vision, eyelid itching or sensitivity to light.

Store at or below 77°F
