Udder Balm

With Vitamins A, D, & E, & Aloe Vera

Frost Protection and Sunscreen

Udder Balm is a lightly lemon-scented, vitamin-enriched ointment with sunscreen and Aloe Vera helps protect skin against the effects of extremes in weather, low humidity, and high and low temperatures. It is recommended for use in dairy cattle after each milking session. Daily application soothes and softens chapped and irritated teats, udders, and other skin areas that are frequently washed or exposed to temperature changes. At low temperatures, Udder Balm provides freeze protection while maintaining a creamy, homogenous texture. It does not separate at high temperatures. Each gram contains:

  •   Vitamin A, 1000 IU
  •   Vitamin D2, 500 IU
  •   Vitamin E, 1 IU

Udder Balm Ointment is often applied to the nose of dogs when it becomes dry, chapped and cracked as in hyperkeratosis of the nose and nasal solar dermatitis.  Humans will also commonly use Udder Balm on their hands as a moisturizing lotion and to relieve itchy, dry skin.
